Mission Possible

It has been 13 days since I last talked about my mission to lose 3kg and shed 4 cm off my waist. I have to admit that nothing has been done. ARGH!!! It's like the more I pressure myself to lose the extra pounds, the more I will eat. The other day, I really had a feast. Mak bought some Malay kuehs for me to eat. ( 6 pieces to be precise. Well, they were the mini version.) I finished them all by myself. Then I ate one whole banana. I finished it all by myself. Then Fizah offered to buy me ROTIBOY, which I also finished all by myself and lastly, Aiza bought me some snacks-on-sticks from OLD CHANG KEE, which I again finished everything - by myself. ARGH!!! Now you know what I mean. It is not healthy! Everything is so oily! No wonder I get lethargic almost everyday! My stamina is getting from bad to worse and I am sleepy half of the time. How can I perform my best when I don't feel my best? How can I feel my best when I don't eat in order to give me sufficient energy? ARGH!! This is bad. Ok, this is one crisis I need to tackle immediately.

Mission
To lose 3kg within 55 days
To shed 4 cm off my waist

Objectives
To maintain a healthy weight
Develop healthy eating habits in order to be able to perform my very best in whatever challenge I intend to undergo
Save money - can always borrow Kakak's clothes and local sizes tend to be smaller and cheaper as well.
Health reasons - Have been feeling lethargic very easily, get headaches frequently etc. Need to get my body moving (ie: exercising regularly) in order to boost my immune system and stay healthier and radiant all the time. Have made a choice to feel and look good in time for Kakak's wedding

Wednesday
15 minutes on treadmill
2 butt exercises - squats & dips/Leg Extension
2 abs exercises - reverse crunches & bicycle maneuver
Triceps Extension
Superhuman - back extension exercise

Thursday
Skipping for 15 minutes
2 butt exercises - squats & dips/Leg Extension

Friday

Phew! Finally, my exercise plan is finally up. All I need to do now is to excute the plan. I will be checking the progress and weighing myself every 18 days of exercising. Need to go get my beauty sleep now and so will have enough energy to start my exercise regime tomorrow morning. Hope there will be changes (good ones, I hope) on the 19th of April.
