Exercise after Baby (Part 1)

Getting back on the exercise bandwagon after giving birth is no easy task.

Who would have the addition of your little cherub can have a major impact on one's life.

There is no doubt that major changes must be made to a couple's lifestyle post baby.

Activities that can be done without prior arrangements NOW will need proper planning.

From my previous blog post, you will know that it has taken me 2 years to take this first step into a healthy lifestyle.

So for those who have taken this long, pride on the fact that you are taking that first IMPORTANT step, that is ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.
