Once bitten, twice shy.

Yesterday, we learnt that when you place a delivery order from the pizza outlet below..

From Discover My space...

..please make sure that you REQUEST for serviettes and utensils.

Because apparently, they would provide the serviettes and utensils only when requested by customers, as per the girl who took our order yesterday.

We also learnt that your delivery is considered late only when they have made you wait for ONE whole hour.

Because apparently, when SiBudakTapai called regarding the status of our delivery 50 minutes after making the phone order, the female staff replied, "Belom satu jam lagi per?"

Unfortunately, the female staff chose the wrong day (and people) to be sarcastic to because I was on fire!

When the pizza arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes later and there were no serviettes and utensils, it was time for ME to make the phone call.

We have had enough of her sarcasm.

People who work in the service line should buck up on the qualiy of service they provide because as consumers, there is a charge involved for that and if not for us, you would not even have a job in the first place.

I think a lot of these customer service providers have forgotten that fact.
