Negativity has this power to take control of your life - if you allow it to.
I have learnt over the years that I need to act quickly in banishing negativities so I can continue to enjoy a much more fulfilling and happy life.
It can come with no warning.
That is why you need to recognise it and act fast.
With its ability to creep into your veins, mind and ultimately, your soul, negativity is as life-threatening as cancer.
Like any other disease, negativity eats you from the inside.
You may not see it but it's there.
I almost allowed it to destroy me.
Almost.
But I knew better.
