After two days of sleepless nights and uncomfortable slumber (Makcik, saya nak check blood pressure. Makcik, nak pergi X-ray. Madness), Mak is finally being discharged.
I feel relieved knowing that she can spend Aidilfitri with the family.
Alhamdullillah.
And what's that I hear, she regretted not listening to our advice to have her stomach pains checked out?
I guess looking at the ulcers in her stomach during the endoscopy was a wake-up call.
Alhamdullillah.
Just hopefully, it lasts though.
Jangan nak asyik takut nak pergi hospital ajer. Parents nowadays.
Sigh.
Main thing to do the minute we get home: throw out the sambal belacan and vinegar out the window.
